• How do I work with John Donovan to develop a new resume? You have two choices:
  1) Use the form on the Contact page to contact John Donovan with your questions.
  2) Select the package you want (on the Resume Packages page), then select the level: Corporate/Executive, Manager or Employee/Entry Level Manager. Click the corresponding link to complete the questionnaire, which provides space to paste your resume text. At the end of the questionnaire, click to advance to the shopping cart. John will contact you by phone or email to discuss your order and identify how you wish to work with him. It's that easy!
  

• Why do Management and Executive/Corporate resumes cost more than Employee/Entry Level Management Packages? These resumes tend to be longer, plus they include numerous details and take more time to achieve the highest level of accuracy.

• Why do Corporate/Executive packages require a longer turnaround time than other packages? Executive resumes often break the "no-more-than-2-pages" rule because they need to reflect the full career history. Plus, hiring employees at this level require multiple, significant examples of career accomplishments in this type of resume and cover letter.

• Do I receive my resume and cover letter electronically, by email? Yes, your resume and cover letter will be created in Microsoft Word and emailed to you as an attached file for your review. After the review process, if you live in the United States you will receive 10 printed copies on 24 lb resume paper and a diskette in the word processor of your choice.

• What is the "ASCII" version of my resume? The ASCII version of your resume is an electronic (text) file with no formatting, just text. This is the file you submit for online applications.
